30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom 3D printed parts (unless defective)
  • Opened filament spools
  • Digital products or downloaded files

Refund Process

  1. Contact us via email or Telegram with your order number.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
